Woman and two young children pulled from River Itchen

A woman and two young children have been pulled from the River Itchen.
Hampshire Police say they were called to the water near Cobden Bridge at 3:38pm on Thursday.
The bridge was temporarily closed as emergency services recovered and treated the trio.
A 31-year-old woman from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Police are continuing to conduct enquiries at the scene.
