A 28-year-old has become the youngest ever mayor of Southampton.
Councillor Alex Houghton has been elected as the city's 799th ceremonial mayor.
One of his chosen charities is Wave 105's Cash for Kids.
The new leader of the city council is Councillor Dan Fitzhenry after the Conservatives gained control of the authority in the local elections.
