Two people in their car threatened with knife in Bournemouth

Police are looking to trace a man pictured in connection

A man and woman have been threatened by two men with a knife, as they were in their car in Bournemouth.

The victims were driving along Parkwood Road just before 3.00pm on Saturday 8th March when two men on bikes cycled alongside them.

They allegedly threatened the occupants went the car came to a stop, with the female spat at, and damage caused to the vehicle's window.

The men then rode away towards Colonnade Road.

There's now an appeal to trace a man pictured in connection with what happened.

PC Stephen Golesworthy, of Dorset Police, said: “This was a distressing incident for the victims and we are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances.

“I am now issuing an image of a man I would like to identify and I would ask anyone who recognises him to please get in touch."
