We're being warned that the South could see some 'hit and miss' thunderstorms on Monday (August 15th).

The Met Office has issued a yellow thunderstorm warning across Dorset, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and West Sussex following days of heatwave conditions.

It says some areas could see torrential downpours and possible disruption.

The warning kicks in at 10am on Monday and runs through until the end of Wednesday.

Hot conditions over the weekend led to multiple fires in our counties with services stretched once again.
