Three month road closure to replace 113-year-old bridge
The busy A35 in the New Forest will be shut in both directions

Drivers are facing three months of disruption as a major road in the New Forest is closed to replace a 113-year-old bridge.
An eight mile stretch of the A35 is being shut from Tuesday to build a new crossing at Holmsley near Christchurch.
The £5.5m scheme will replace the bridge on the A35 that runs over the C10 Burley to Sway/Brockenhurst Road.
The work will take place during the following dates:
4 January to 8 April, C10 Station Road and the A35 will be fully closed
4 January to 30 June, Holmsley Passage will be closed
For Mothering Sunday on 27 March, special provision will be made to make it easier for customers to access the Old Station Tea Rooms.
The closure coincides with the start of work to widen the A31 to three lanes at Ringwood.
Drivers are being urged to stick to official diversion routes.
