Pedestrian seriously injured after A27 collision
The M27 had been closed after Junction 12 eastbound overnight
A pedestrian's sustained serious injuries after a collision on the A27.
Hampshire Police were called to the incident near Portsmouth, which also involved a car, just after 11pm on Friday.
The pedestrian, a man in his 30s, is being treated in hospital.
His family have been informed.
The eastbound carriageway was closed overnight from Junction 12 of the M27 as investigations took place.
The road has since reopened, but lane 1 will remain closed.
