Motorcyclist suffers life-threatening injuries in Portchester crash

A motorcyclist has suffered life-threatening injuries after his bike collided with a car in Portchester.

The collision, which involved a white Ford Fiesta, happened on the westbound carriageway of the A27 Portchester Road at around 7.36pm on Tuesday (September 25th).

The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 30s from Gosport, was taken to hospital.

Police have launched an appeal for information into the exact circumstances of the collision and want to hear from anyone with CCTV or dash-cam footage, or anyone who witnessed the vehicles in the moments prior to the incident.
