Motorcyclist, 17, dies after crash in Hampshire

A 17-year-old motorcyclist has died after a crash in Hampshire.
Police were called to a collision involving a blue Volkswagen Caddy and a black Yamaha motorcycle on Botley Road at Curdridge at 6.09pm on Friday.
The motorcyclist was taken to Southampton General Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
The driver of the Volkswagen, a woman in her 50s, was not injured.
The road was closed for approximately five hours while emergency services dealt with the incident.
