Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Eastleigh

A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being stabbed in Eastleigh.
Hampshire Police were called at 7:38pm on Sunday (21 July) to a report of a serious assault at a residential address on Twyford Road.
A 41-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievious bodily harm with intent.
A 47-year-old man from Eastleigh has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Both remain in custody.
Police say this is believed to be an isolated incident with no wider concerns for the public.
