M3 near Winchester reopens after police incident
The motorway was closed between junctions 9 and 10
Police have reopened the M3 near Winchester after concerns for the welfare of a man.
The motorway was shut in both directions between junctions 9 and 10 at 9.20am on Monday.
Officers said the man was passed into the care of the ambulance service.
National Highways said there were delays of 45 minutes.
