It's understood Ivan Juric has left his position as Southampton manager, following the club's relegation from the Premier League.
The Croatian arrived at St Mary's in December - and won just two of his 16 matches in charge.
Southampton have taken the unwanted top flight record of the earliest ever relegation - with seven games still to play.
Simon Rusk will take charge of the team until the end of the season.
