Firefighters tackle large blaze at Portsmouth garage
A large plume of smoke was seen rising into the sky.

More than 40 firefighters have been tackling a large fire at a car repair workshop in Portsmouth.
Crews were called to Byngs Autos on Goldsmith Avenue in Fratton shortly after 10.00am on Wednesday.
Neighbouring homes were evacuated as a precaution and people were asked to avoid the Goldsmith Avenue area.
