Fire crews tackle fire in Southampton city centre

Around 30 firefighters have tackled a fire in a flat above a restaurant in Southampton city centre.

Crews were called to the property on the High Street at the junction of Bernard Street at 6.44am on Tuesday.

The fire service warned of road closures in the area.
