Two arrested following drugs raid at Bognor cinema

Two men have been arrested after police carried out a pair of drug raids in Bognor.

Officers entered and searched a commercial address - understood to be the Picturedrome Cinema in Canada Grove - and a residential address on Thursday (March 18th).

Sussex Police said a 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of improper importation of goods – controlled drug of class C into the United Kingdom and a 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs.

The two have been released under investigation.

A third man, 36-years-old, attended a voluntary interview at a police station.

The police investigation is ongoing.
