Do you know this man? Police would like to speak to him
Police, investigating a suspicious bin fire in Winchester, want to speak to the man in the CCTV images.
The bin was set alight behind the NatWest bank in the High Street between 9.15pm and 9.30pm on Sunday, 19 March.
Officers believe the man in the images has information which can help in their investigation.
