More than 70 firefighters tackle house fire near Waterlooville
Both the roof and the first floor have been completely destroyed

A large scale operation to put out a fire at a thatched property near Waterlooville is being carried out this morning (Thursday 8th December).
At it's peak, around 70 firefighters across Hampshire were on the scene in North Lane in Clanfield after crews were first called at 00:32am.
No injuries have been reported so far.
Local residents are advised to keep windows and doors closed due to the amount of smoke in the area.
