Suspected deliberate caravan fire near Frome
Caravan and barn blaze extinguished by fire crews
The fire service attended an incident at the Newbury area near Frome yesterday evening.
Crews from Shepton Mallet and Radstock arrived at about half eleven to find a large caravan and neighbouring barn on fire.
The fire was extinguished but 1.5 tonnes of hay had been destroyed.
The crews believe the fire was started deliberately and the incident was handed over to the police at the scene.
