Second person dies after crash at Camel Hill

A second person has died following a crash on the A303 in Somerset.

It happened around 2.40pm on Monday at Camel Hill - and involved a car and a van.

A 69-year-old man, who was driving the car, died at the scene - a 69-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the same vehicle, was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but has since died.

The van driver, a 19 year-old woman, remains in hospital.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact police.
