Police appeal for witnesses to serious A38 crash
A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries earlier today
Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash on the A38 Wellington this morning (Monday 27 September).
It involved a Toyota 4 x 4 and a lorry, near the Beambridge Inn, and happened at around 11.20am.
The male driver of the Toyota was taken to hospital with serious injuries, and two passengers in the vehicle suffered injuries that aren't thought to be life threatening or changing.
The road is expected to remain closed for some time. Witnesses are asked to call 101.
