Finalists revealed for Glastonbury Emerging Talent competition
The winner will get a slot on one of the main stages
Eight lesser known music acts have been chosen by organisers of Somerset's Glastonbury Festival, to compete for a slot on the bill on one of the main stages this year.
The Emerging Talent competition has seen thousands of entries, with them being whittled down.
Glastonbury judges and 30 of the UK's best online music writers selected the finalists from a longlist of 90 artists.
Air Drawn Dagger, Ari Tsugi, Eli Dayo, Mali Hâf, Nat Oaks, Master Peace, Sarah Meth and Westside Cowboy will now perform at an invite-only final later this month (Saturday 26th April) in Pilton to find a winner.
As well as a place on the Festival bill, the chosen act will also awarded a £5,000 Talent Development prize from PRS Foundation to help take their songwriting and performing to the next level.
Two runners-up will also each be awarded a £2,500 PRS Foundation Talent Development prize.

Glastonbury returns from Wednesday 25th to Sunday 29th June - with headliners the 1975, Olivia Rodrigo and Neil Young; Rod Stewart in the Legends slot.
Big names like Charli XCX, RAYE, The Prodigy, Busta Rhymes, Alanis Morrissette, Gary Numan, En Vogue and Myles Smith among the hundreds of acts set to perform.
