Driver dies in Street crash - with police launching witness appeal
The incident involved a VW Golf and a Mini yesterday morning (November 27)
The driver of a VW Polo has died after a crash earlier this week in Street.
Avon and Somerset Police have confirmed he passed way at the scene of the incident, which happened at around 7.30am yesterday (November 27) on Berhill.
A witness appeal has now been launched.
Officers say they're keen to speak to anyone who was travelling on Berhill at around the time of the crash, which saw the other driver - in a Mini - having to be airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
Those injuries aren't thought to be life-threatening at this time.
Police say their thoughts are with his family at this time and they are being offered support by a specially-trained family liaison officer.
