Another independent business in South Wiltshire has announced it’s closing its doors, making it three in a week.

Salisbury Cocktail Bar YOYO, on Milford Street, made their announcement on Facebook on Wednesday.

Owners Kevin and Kim said: “This has not been an easy decision and it is with a truly heavy heart that we must announce today that YOYO Cocktail Bar will be closed for the foreseeable future.

Since opening in March 2010, we have had some amazing times and we are truly thankful for its success. But after 13 years the time has come to say goodbye.”

They cited increased running costs now “far outweighing” the amount customers were spending.

Earlier this week, The Bay Window Gift shop in Wilton and Salisbury’s Pizza Venti shared the news of their closures, which you can read more about here.
