Youths caught riding illegal dirtbike in Fordingbridge

Pair spotted tearing around on dangerous motorbike

There's a fresh reminder that illegal motor vehicles, including e-scooters will not be tolerated in Hampshire.

It's after recent reports of two young lads spotted driving a dirtbike illegally and recklessly in Fordingbridge.

Local Police Officers completed some enquiries and caught up those believed to be responsible. Strong words of advice and warning have been given to the youths and parents.

Reckless and dangerous driving imposes significant risk themselves, members of public and other road users. Documents must be in order to use a MPV on a public highway.

If seen again, the vehicle will be seized and the suspects prosecuted for offences under the Road Traffic Act.
