Witness appeal after Amesbury cyclist racially assaulted

A cyclist in Amesbury has been racially assaulted whilst on Boscombe Road.

It happened around 9pm on 9th July when a car slowed near the cyclist close to the double mini roundabout at Solstice Park.

Racist insults were then shouted from the car as well as items being thrown at the cyclist.

Police are calling for witnesses to help their inquiries.
