The Military of Defence say a "number of soldiers" on Salisbury Plain have been arrested by Royal Military Police on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a controlled substance.

The MOD wouldn't be drawn on how many were involved but said the arrests took place at Larkhill Garrison on the 26th April.

A spokesperson told Greatest Hits Radio;

“As the matter is the subject of an ongoing Royal Military Police investigation it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
