Wiltshire's Police and Crime Commissioner, Philip Wilkinson, says more than 11,000 victims have been helped by services funded by his office in the last year.

That includes services like Victim Support, Horizon, Splitz domestic abuse service and the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC).

Anyone who has been supported across the county is now asked to give feedback on how it helped them, to help shape future services.

Wiltshire PCC Philip Wilkinson said:

“Victims of crime rely on support services to help them to recover from what can often be a traumatic event, no matter what the offence. They deserve to feel involved in the criminal justice process, to be kept up-to-date on their cases and given dignity at all stages of the process.

“I want victims in Wiltshire to receive the very best possible support and, by giving us their views and feedback, those who have been unfortunate enough to suffer at the hands of criminals can be involved in a critical stage of this process.

"Using your voice, and your experience, will also ensure we can shape and deliver the service that you require and that fit within the operational policing priorities while meeting the needs of the community too.”

We can take part in the Victims' Voice survey through the Wiltshire PCC website.
