A man in his 20s has been left with potentially life threatening injuries following a crash on the A342 in Wiltshire.

Two lorries and a car collided on the road between Devizes and Rushall at around 7am this morning (20 March).

The man, who was in the car, was airlifted to hospital, while two other men from the same vehicle who are also in their 20s, have been hospitalised with serious injuries.

The drivers of both HGVs were not hurt.

The road was closed for several hours while Wiltshire Police examined the scene.

They are now calling for anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash cam footage, to contact them on 01225 694597 and quote today's log number of 0030.
