Wiltshire's most expensive streets revealed

Three in the south of the county make it on the top ten list!

Wiltshire's most expensive streets have been revealed in a new property rich list.

Real estate agent Zoopla has compiled the list based on the average house price in the area.

The top ten in the county are all above £1 million pounds, with Burydown Lane in Swindon scoopng the top spot at almost £1.6 million.

Three streets in the south of the county make the top ten including one near Salisbury Cathedral.

5th place - Frenchmoor SP5 at West Tytherley - £1,362,555

6th place - Great Durnford SP4 - £1,349,815

9th place - De Vaux Place SP1 near Salisbury Cathedral - £1,293,146

1st Burytown Lane, Swindon - £1,595,374


2nd Haugh, Bradford-on-Avon - £1,512,730


3rd Cardigan Road, Marlborough - £1,399,471


4th Cross Lane, Marlborough - £1,375,927


5th Frenchmoor, Salisbury - £1,362,555

Meanwhile, Pewsey came fourth in the highest value town list with an average property value of £456,229.

Salisbury, which was also in this category, registered 6th with £381,399.
