Warning to people parking outside gates of RAF Fairford
Officers were called out on April 6 to reports of vehicles stopping there
Wiltshire Police have issued a warning over the weekend to anyone thinking of parking outside the gates around the airfield at RAF Fairford.
Officers were called out on April 6 to reports of vehicles stopping there.
Sharing it on their social media page, officers said: "PCSO's Mo Beasley and Juliet Evans conducted patrols at Fairford Airfield in Marston Meysey following reports of people parking up by the crash gates.
"Thankfully no one was camping at the time of the patrols.
"We would like to remind people not to camp by the gates due to safety as they are emergency exits to the airfield.
"We will continue to carry out regular patrols."
