Warning over children using fireworks in Tidworth
Police have been called to reports of anti-social behaviour at Wylye Road
There's a warning to young people in Tidworth, after police were called to reports of anti-social behaviour in recent nights.
A large group of teenagers have been gathering at the Wylye Road play park.
They're alleged to have been shouting and swearing, causing damage, starting fires and setting off fireworks.
It's illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to be in possession of fireworks, with the exception of sparklers and party poppers.
Officers are also concerned about the risk of serious injuries and damage.
Parents are being asked to speak to their children about their whereabouts and the dangers of such behaviour.
Any incidents can continue to be reported to Wiltshire Police by calling 101, or 999 if it's an emergency.
Concerns can be raised anonymously if you'd rather.
