Anyone over the age of 40 who hasn't booked their Covid-19 vaccination can grab one on specific days/times this week at walk-in centres in Salisbury and Fordingbridge.

From midday until 19:30 today (Tuesday 29th June) people of that age group can visit Salisbury City Hall without booking.

There are only 150 slots available, though.

However, the centre will open up as a walk-in again on Sunday (4th July) from 8:30am until 19:30pm.

Anyone who is seeking their second Astra Zeneca vaccination, eight weeks or more after their first one, can also use this service.

Patients are being asked to bring their NHS number with them, if they have it, but this would not be a barrier to vaccination.

They are also being told to be prepared to wait as this is a walk-in without appointments.

WHERE TO GET ONE IN FORDINGBRIDGE

For the same age group and eligible people, Fordingbridge Hospital will also open up as a walk-in centre this week.

It will be open tomorrow (Wednesday 30th June) from 17:30pm until 19:30pm.

There will be 195 jabs available which will be done on a first come, first serve basis.
