A man's been repeatedly punched and kicked during a violent robbery in Salisbury city centre.

This happened in the Brown Street car park at around 5.30am on Saturday morning (18th February).

The victim was approached by two males who demanded money.

He suffered multiple facial injuries, including a suspected broken nose in the attack, with the victim handing over £20 in cash.

Wiltshire Police tell us they believe the suspects are white males, both around 6 feet tall and one was wearing a grey puffer jacket.

The victim also reported a car pulling up near him before the robbery, but it's unclear whether that was directly involved.

There's an appeal for anyone with information to get in touch with police by calling 101, and quoting reference number 54230018041.

Officers are looking to speak to people who might have been in the area, or can help with dash cam or CCTV footage.
