Urgent sewer repairs on Salisbury's Castle Street

It's expected to take up to two weeks to complete

Urgent sewer repairs are to be carried out on Castle Street in Salisbury from next Monday (3rd June) with temporary traffic lights set up.

It's to allow Wessex Water to work on site.

The works will be at the junction of Castle Street and Millstream Approach.

It's hoped the repairs will be completed by Friday 14th June.

In a statement, Wessex Water said: "We appreciate this is a busy road and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We'll be doing everything we can to complete the repairs as quickly as possible.

"Customers' sewerage services will not be affected."
