People wanting to donate items to help out anyone affected by the crisis in Ukraine has another chance to do so in Salisbury.

A collection event is being set up at Salisbury Removals base in Old Sarum today (Friday 8th April) and tomorrow (Saturday 9th).

It's being held at Salisbury Removals unit in Old Sarum

Organiser Magdalena Najman posted on Facebook:

"Although initial rush of donations has now slowed down people in Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees still need our help! Situation within Ukraine is only getting worse, yet less humanitarian aid reaches those most in need, hence why we must carry on helping! Humanitarian aid collected during this event will be going directly to Ukraine."

Anyone wanting to donate items can do so between 10am-6pm today and 10am-3pm tomorrow at Unit 5 of the Woodford Centre.

They're looking for items like clothing, food, medicine and blankets.
