“We are absolutely devastated at the loss of Daniel (also known as Conway or Dan).
"He was a much loved son and daddy as well as a family member and friend to many.
"Daniel was known for his positive outlook on life, his infectious smile and how he was always able to make people laugh. Daniel was always kind and had a beautiful energy around him.
"We appreciate all the kind messages and cards, our lives are so much darker now without the light and sparkle Daniel brought to everyone who knew him.
"We now ask you to allow us time to grieve privately while we navigate our loss.”
