Thunderstorm warning to affect parts of Wiltshire

The hot temperatures over the last few days are expected to be followed by thunderstorms throughout the day in parts of Wiltshire.

While temperatures reached 30 degrees Celsius in parts of the country over the past few days, heavy rain is now due.

The Met Office warned this could lead to some areas localised flooding.

A yellow thunderstorm alert in place yesterday has also been extended to much of England from 9pm Friday until 6pm Saturday.
