Third peregrine chick at Salisbury Cathedral
There's just one left to hatch now!
There's more good news from the peregrine falcon nesting box at Salisbury Cathedral.
A third chick has hatched there at around 11.00am today (Tuesday 30th April).
That follows their siblings making an appearance on Monday morning (29th April) and Sunday afternoon (28th April).
The parent falcons are still incubating a fourth egg, which we're hoping will hatch in the coming days.
All of the new arrivals have been feeding well too, with is a good indication that they're strong and surviving.
We can continue to watch the peregrines while they're nesting on the Salisbury Cathedral webcam.
Last year we saw three chicks arrive, which were named Lily, Rose and Rex.
