Teenager arrested in connection with Woodgreen burglary

Hampshire Police say they got vital information from the public.

A 16 year old boy from Ringwood has been arrested on suspicion of burglary, following incidents on Friday evening (20th November).

Woodgreen Community Store on Hale Road, and Aivly Country Store on Crow Lane in Ringwood were targeted, along with other locations in East Dorset.

Police say they information passed on by members of the public about burglaries in progress at the time.

The Community Store was targeted by burglars last Friday

The teenager arrested has since been released under investigation, pending further enquiries.

Hampshire officers have asked local people to keep reporting incidents to them, if we suspect any suspicious or criminal activity.
