Storm Ciaran: Strong winds and heavy rain incoming

Yellow alerts have been issued for Wiltshire and Hampshire

Wiltshire and Hampshire is bracing itself for the arrival of Storm Ciaran - as it starts to move in.

There's yellow alerts for heavy rain and wind both later today and tomorrow (Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd November).

We could see up to 30 millimetres of rain and gusts of around 50mph here.

But we're actually escaping the very worst conditions, as an amber warning's in place further South of us for Thursday.

Damaging gusts of up to 85mph are expected along the coast of Dorset, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and West Sussex.
