Sprinkles reopens in Salisbury after eleven months

Sprinkles Gelato on New Canal closed suddenly on January 24th.

At the time a spokesperson said it was due to an "electrical issue" and a possible refurbishment, however the store was removed from the company's website prompting concerns the move was permanent.

In May 2019 the premises were given the lowest possible hygiene rating of zero which meant urgent improvement was necessary.

The company has now reopened "under new management" and is awaiting a fresh food hygiene rating.
