Snow forces school closures in Wiltshire
Schools and buses have been affected
Snowfall in South Wiltshire has caused disruption to schools and local travel.
Overnight snow led to several schools closing their doors on Wednesday morning, with some opting to open later once the snow and ice had melted somewhat.
Others, such as Salisbury's Sarum Academy, have switched to a virtual classroom, a legacy of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Salisbury Reds bus service were heavily affected with multiple services cancelled completely this morning, while a handful, with the PR11 and X4 routes operating a reduced service.
With the cold weather set to stay for a few days, the message from police in Hampshire and Wiltshire is to only go out if you really have to.
