Cricketers from a Wiltshire village will play a special game next month, as they take on a number of current and former England players.

A Shrewton Presidents XI will play in the game for Rikki Clarke's charity testimonial.

All the money raised will go towards The Professional Cricketers’ Trust and Cure Leukaemia.

Rikki has played top-class cricket for over 20 years, currently turning out for Surrey, having earned England caps at both one day and test level.

The match will be held on September 26th at Tidworth cricket ground.

Due to other commitments, no player can be guaranteed to show up, however some of the players expected to be there are well known within the cricketing world.

These include: Rory Burns, Ben Foakes, Ollie Pope, Mark Stoneman and Will Jacks.

During the event, there will also be a display by the Red Devils Parachute Display Team.
