Police dealing with "serious collision" on A303

Hampshire Police are currently dealing with a "serious collision" on the A303 Westbound near to Shipton Bellinger.

Highways England say there are serious delays in the area around the Thruxton Interchange.

The two lanes Westbound are currently closed and people are being asked to follow this diversion:

• Exit the A303 at hundred Acre Corner interchange and follow the hollow square symbol

• At the roundabout take the 3rd exit.

• At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A342 (Weyhill road)

• At Ludgershall (Tidworth road T-junction) continue straight on onto the A3026.

• At North Tidworth T-junction turn left onto the A338

• Re-join the A303 at Parkhouse Cross interchange

The force are asking people to avoid the area while they are in attendance.
