Second Salisbury Peregrine Falcon chick arrives
The first chick hatched on Wednesday afternoon
The second Peregrine Falcon chick has hatched on Salisbury Cathedral's Spire Tower.
It arrived on Wednesday night and follows the first hatching on earlier that afternoon.
A further two eggs are expected to hatch in the coming days.
The chicks are arriving earlier than anticipated, with the first hatching originally expected on Saturday, as it takes around 30 days for the parents to incubate the eggs, which usually begins after the third egg is laid.
Last year saw three chicks hatch and successfully fledged the nestbox on the Spire Tower.
