An event welcoming over 10,000 visitors to Salisbury Cathedral is preparing for its final night of displays.

Sarum Lights fifth annual event closes at the Cathedral this evening - with this years display exploring our relationship with the concept of time.

The exhibition, created by Luxmuralis, started on Tuesday evening.

Greatest Hits Radio spoke to some of the first visitors to the display, asking them for their thoughts on the exhibition.

One woman told us it was 'beautiful', adding: "The colours were lovely, the story was great, obviously the venue is wonderful and enhances it no-end."

A man told us: "To see the Cathedral lit up such a dramatic and dynamic way is breath-taking. We've been here for several different events and this ranks as one of the best."

Another woman described the event as 'incredible'.

The final showings begin at 5:30pm this evening and finish at 8pm.
