Salisbury teenager hurt in group attack involving 10 youths

Police are investigating

A teenager's been left with facial injuries after an attack in Salisbury involving ten youths.

The incident happened in Gainsborough Close at approximately 4:40 in the afternoon on Monday, December the 12th.

A 15-year-old sustained a bruised eye and an injury to his forehead in the attack, which is under police investigation.

It is believed a group of approximately ten young people were involved in the incident with a young boy and girl believed to be the main offenders.

PC Rachel Larcombe said:

“This was a very traumatic and frightening incident for the victim and his family.

We will not tolerate violence of this nature and we would urge anyone with information about those involved to contact us immediately.”
