The Friends of Salisbury Shopmobility in the Maltings has now full reopened for the first time since March.

It closed seven months ago, like many shops across the city, due to the pandemic.

The Salisbury Shopmobility office has now reopened to the public

In July, it reopened with slightly different times, but it's now back to it's usual routine:

Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm

Sunday CLOSED

There will be a phone line available outside of opening hours on 01722 328068.

Alternatively you can email shopmobility@salisburycitycouncil.gov.uk.

Shopmobility is a scheme that enables people with temporary or permanent mobility issues to get about in Salisbury city centre and shop independently.

People can sign up and then hire out equipment like wheelchairs and shopper walkers on a daily or long term basis.

You don't need to be registered as disabled to be able to register, it's for anyone who may need assistance getting around.

The Shopmobility office is in the Maltings Car Park, opposite the City Hall.
