Salisbury Reds X3 bus route changes coming later this month

The routes being extended to boost rail connections

Salisbury Reds is extending part of its X3 bus route to offer better connections to rail services later this month.

The route which reaches as far as Bournemouth and Ringwood from the city, will now reach Salisbury Train Station, alongside some changes to the timetable.

These changes all come into effect from 24th May.

From that date, journey's to Ringwood from Salisbury will start at an earlier time of 6.25am, on Monday to Friday.

Buses will also run earlier on Sunday's from Salisbury to Bournemouth, with the service now starting at 7.25am.

Passengers can also catch later buses when travelling from Salisbury to Ringwood between Monday and Saturday, with the last bus now leaving at 10.42pm.

On Sunday's the last bus is now at 10 to 9pm in the evening.

Buses from Bournemouth to Salisbury are also running later, with the final bus on Monday to Saturday leaving at 9.15pm.
