Salisbury Police proactive on anti-social behaviour this half term
Officers have been out and about during the school break
Police in South Wiltshire have been getting proactive about tackling anti-social behaviour during the half term holiday.
They've been carrying out extra patrols on foot and in cars this week.
Officers have said:
"We understand that with the warmer weather and school holidays that there is likely to be an increase in anti-social behaviour."
Areas that have been patrolled include the city centre and Cathedral Close, as well as Old Sarum and Longhedge, Bishopdown, the Castle Hill Country Park and Downton.
Police have also asked people who see anti-social behaviour to contact them on 101, to give them a better picture of where incidents are taking place.
They've said they 'can't be everywhere at all times', so would like reports to come in from the public.
