Salisbury man arrested on suspicion of Lymington burglary

It's believed a group of men carried out the crime.

Between 9:30pm and 10:30pm yesterday (Wedesday 2nd September) a member of the public reported some 'loud banging' coming from the Mole Country Stores on Pleasant Lane in Lymington.

The suspects had gained entry into the premises and stole a range of clothing garments.

These items were seized by officers who arrived on scene at the time of the incident and arrested the men.

Four men have since been arrested on suspicion of burglary, including a 22 year old from Salisbury.

The others are:

  • 23-year-old man from Ringwood
  • 23-year-old man from Hythe
  • 33-year-old man from Marchwood

Hampshire Constabulary's investigations are currently still ongoing.
